What we support
The site is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, responsive text, reduced-motion preferences, form labels and status messages that assistive technologies can announce.
Background video is decorative, muted and replaced with a static poster when reduced motion or data-saving preferences indicate it should not play.
Known limits
This is a new website and we are continuing cross-browser and assistive-technology testing. Third-party widgets, documents or linked services may not provide the same level of accessibility. We will prioritise barriers that prevent someone from contacting us or applying for a role.

Standards and feedback
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. Feedback from real users is an important part of meeting that target.
